Changes at Porsche Service Centre Brooklands


On Saturday, the UK Government announced plans for a new four-week restriction in England as part of the national effort to decrease COVID-19 case numbers, effective from Thursday 5 November until Wednesday 2 December.

The Government is allowing non-essential retail to operate Click and Collect or home delivery services. Therefore, whilst our Porsche Approved Pre-Owned Sales department is physically closed, our team is still very much open for business through our online virtual showroom.

You can contact us from the comfort of your own home via telephone, email, our social media channels or website. We can also send you personalised video presentations of vehicles we have in stock. Home delivery options are also available. To help you familiarise yourself with your new car, we’ll prepare an online handover video.

Our Workshop and Parts Departments are fully operational for servicing, MOT and repairs. We have operated in a safe and secure environment for many months now with an appointment-only system, protective screens and contactless payments.

We ask that you bring your Porsche to our Centre for your planned Service appointment and park in customer parking. Please enter at Main Reception where you will be met by a member of staff. As a result of social distancing measures and hygiene processes, waiting times may take a little longer than normal.

We will sanitise your keys, wipe down the frequently touched surfaces on your vehicle with a disinfecting solution and add PPE to the interior. Likewise, when you return to collect your vehicle from us, we will have done the same.

Our main focus remains to ensure that we safely and responsibly meet the needs of our customers and staff, while doing our part to keep our community safe.
